FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do I need yoga experience?

Not at all. Whether it's your first class or you've been practicing for years, every session is designed to meet you where you are.

  • I'm coming alone. Will I fit in?

Absolutely. Many of our guests travel solo for the very first time. Our retreats are intentionally designed to create a welcoming, supportive environment where genuine connections happen naturally.

  • What's included in the price?

Your shared accommodation, daily yoga, workshops, meals as listed, community experiences, and a welcome gift. International and domestic flights, mandatory travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.

  • How do I get to Bocas del Toro?

You'll fly into Panama City (PTY), then take a short domestic flight to Bocas del Toro (BOC). We'll send you a complete travel guide after your reservation and help you prepare every step of the way.

  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements before the retreat, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • What should I pack?

We'll send you a detailed packing guide before your arrival. Think light clothing, swimwear, yoga clothes, comfortable sandals, reef-safe sunscreen, insect repellent, and an open mind.

  • What if I need to cancel?

Our cancellation policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Because spaces are extremely limited, we strongly encourage you to review the policy before booking.

  • Is travel insurance required?

Yes. Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Your policy must cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and emergency evacuation during your stay in Panama. Proof of insurance will be requested before the retreat begins.

  • Will I have my own room?

No. At The Freedom Collective, accommodations are intentionally shared. Sharing a room is part of the experience and often becomes one of the most meaningful aspects of the week, creating friendships and conversations that continue long after the retreat ends.

  • How many women will attend?

We intentionally keep our groups small to create a personal, intimate, and connected experience.
